You’ll learn the 5 S’s of EVOO tasting—Swirl, Sniff, Slurp, Swallow, and Sense—just like fine wine. Whether you’re a first-time taster or an enthusiast, you’ll leave with new appreciation for freshness, flavor, and quality in olive oil.
