In 2015, our olive oil journey began when we traded snowy winters on Lake Erie for the sunshine of Borrego Springs in Southern California’s desert. Surrounded by the Anza-Borrego landscape, we discovered a new way of living—one rooted in wellness, health, and flavor.

By 2023, we launched Borrego Olive Oil Co., the only local company of its kind in the Borrego Valley. Today, you’ll find our oils at the Palm Springs and Borrego Springs Farmers’ Markets, where they’ve quickly developed a loyal following across the Coachella Valley and beyond.

Our extra virgin olive oils are sourced from nearby groves across Southern California, including the desert and surrounding regions. We personally select a range of varietals—from the mild Arbequina to the bold Picual, Hojiblanca, and Coratina—so you can enjoy authentic Mediterranean flavor grown close to home.
